It has 2 large gray ears. Its skin is light grey, similar to other elephants. It has an aura that consists of coconut water coming out of it.

- Cocofanto Elefanto produces similar effects to Burbaloni Loliloli, since they're coconut-based Brainrots.
- Sammy once spawned this brainrot with the trait, which made it look like the Strawberry Elephant, the best brainrot in the game.
